Yes, this is the Digi 4G LTE connection speed that I am getting. Filed complaint to Digi Support but they can’t solve until end of 2018. And what is worst? Their customer service said, “You didn’t do speed test before subscribing to Digi Postpaid 150 Infinite?”. Yes, I did with Digi Prepaid. The speed test result was far far better back then. But it is getting worst each day. Just like what I said in the video, worst investment on Internet plan that I did. And bad and very slow customer service too. The only thing that I like about Digi – the best 4G coverage at my home than other telco. But very slow 4G LTE speed that spoil the party…
