My thoughts on this part:
On first mission, All security walls here using Repel Program (Physical attack, penetrating skill) instead of Erase Program (Reduces HP of all foes by ?%). Gryphonmon is a bit hard because he almost resist to any abnormality status and he can heal himself too. I think the most logical way is to one-hit him via buffs. I got lucky here that he didn't heal himself on second battle.

About Mr. Navit case, I believe the first one is random business guy that disappear near the end of that case but the second and third Mr. Navit... Well, don't know maybe the last one could be Rie Kishibe? However there is no direct evidence to support it,
