Dino Crisis Walkthrough Part 4 - PS1 - HD - Fingerprint Data And Newcomer Code / Gameplay
Dino Crisis Gameplay Walkthrough
We find the entrance key, get fingerprint data and go through the "N" door using the code "Newcomer". We also kill a few dinosaurs for kicks. Elevator scare. Love it.
It is good to be recording this again. I'll be honest with you, I wasn't sure i'd enjoy recording this anymore because I had just completed the game offscreen before I started this walkthrough, so at first I was still all pumped up, but then that went away and I had no desire left for this game. However, last night when I turned this on to continue (because I will always finish my walkthroughs no matter what ;)) my love for Dino Crisis came back 10 fold! You might be able to tell from the commentary that I had a lot of fun recording this video (and the videos to come over the next few days). So enjoy!
Now for more about the game! :)
Welcome to *Dino Crisis*, a *SURVIVAL HORROR* game by CAPCOM that was released in 1999 for the *Playstation 1* and the Dreamcast in 2000. The gameplay features are similar to the classic *Resident Evil* games. Which shouldn't be surprising because it's a game by the legendary Shinji Mikami (creator of Resident Evil, God Hand, Vanquish, and helped make many other games like Devil May Cry).
In Dino Crisis you play as the fantastic Regina - a member of Secret Operation Raid Team (SORT) on a mission to find Doctor Edward Kirk and capture him so he can be brought into custody (not knowing that there were dinosaurs on the island). Regina has three teammates in the game (Gail, Rick, and Cooper, the latter getting eating like a punk two minutes into the mission). You spend most the game working with Gail and Rick and sometimes choosing who to follow, which will change the ending you get. I will be working on getting the best ending in the game.
