Disable Weak OpenSSH Algorithms, Enable Post Quantum Safe Algorithms on Red Hat-type Linux distros
OpenSSH is a great implementation of Secure Shell, which is a great remote administration tool for Linux administrators. In this Linux administration tutorial, we'll look at how to disable the weaker OpenSSH algorithms and enable the Post Quantum Safe algorithms. The OpenSSH implementation in both the Red Hat 9 and the Red Hat 10-type distros have PQS algorithms, but for some reason the Red Hat developers disabled them in the local configuration files. We'll also look at ssh-audit, which is a cool tool that can audit SSH algorithms.
