Ok, the song itself isn't THAT creepy. Though that strange distorted blare is rather jarring and the general tone has a strong feeling of hopelessness, the real reason this song sends shivers up my spine is its context.

In 3-D Body Adventure there is a movie theater where you can watch a variety of body part related movies. The most well-known is the infamous Heart Attack movie which shows exactly what the title says: just what goes on in your heart during a heart attack.

Disturbing visuals + man screaming in pain + knowing this is something that can actually happen + the aforementioned gloomy music = Childhood trauma!!
