In Blitz a winning position is very difficult to convert because with little time mistakes are bound to happen. However, the way the position swung in this game is sure to surprise even the most experienced of chess players!

This game took place in the penultimate round of the Asian Blitz 2022. With the white pieces we have Divya Deshmukh, the current national champion of India and with the black pieces we have the 4-time national champion of India Padmini Rout. Padmini was leading the tournament at this point with 6.5/7 and a win here would have confirmed her with a gold medal. Check out the game to see what happens next.
