DJI has announced an update to its line of action cameras called the Osmo Action 4.
The main innovation was the installed 1/1.3″ sensor with a viewing angle of 155° (f/2.8). It allows you to shoot 4K video at 120 frames per second and take 10MP photos.
Protecting the body from water at a depth of up to 18 meters without a cover will come in handy for summer vacations. With the official waterproof case, it will be possible to dive to a depth of 60 meters.
Among the new technologies, you can note 360° HorizonSteady, which will keep the horizon, even during rotating movements.
The LiPo battery should provide up to 160 minutes of shooting under ideal conditions. In winter, there will be less, although DJI claims that anti-freeze modes have been implemented, which should appeal to fans of skiing, snowboarding and winter hiking.
DJI will sell Osmo Action 4 in European markets at a price of $399.
