More role-playing, more backstory, more creative combat, exploration ETC. Doesn't matter what you want more of in your tabletop rpg game all you really have to do is put it there. Your players will eventually see what you are doing as the dungeon master and start doing their own creative things in the game. It's all about training your players at the gaming table. Once they see what is open to them they'll be more likely to mimic thee game masters actions in the game.
