In today's episode, Jack teaches you how to achieve all three with a Potion of Clairvoyance, Potion of Gaseous Form and Potion of Healing.

In a special twist, we also interview Dice and Fork founder and owner Hayden, talking to him about his amazing eatery, what made him choose to start such a business, and what he thinks of our cocktails!

INGREDIENTS

Potion of Clairvoyance

1 oz "1919" Gin
1 oz Sweet Apricot Brandy
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz Lime Juice

Potion of Gaseous Form

1.5 oz "Lighthouse" Gin
1 oz Chilled Earl Grey Tea
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
0.5 oz Lemon Juice

Potion of Healing

1 oz "Stolen" White Rum
0.5 oz Coconut Rum
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
1.5 oz Orange Juice
1.5 oz Cranberry Juice
Dash Raspberry Cordial
2-3 Dash Pearl Lustre Dust

Simple Syrup Recipe

Half cup water
Half cup caster sugar
Slowly heat (don't boil) until sugar totally dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Then use in your drink!
