Dolphin Emulator frame advance correction tutorial + superwalking input latency compensation/fix
Greetings, YouTubers. This is NicholasDaisy Awesomeness. Sometimes while doing super walking in a Twilight Princess Tool-Assisted Speedrun, you can get input latency which can be very frustrating because it throws Link's angle off. However, using frame advance correction, it is possible to compensate for this input latency and prevent it from causing too much problems with your speedrun. This video explains how to do that.
To frame advance correct, which you saw in the video compensated for input latency when I kept trying and compensating by changing my inputs accordingly:
1. Pause the emulation with the frame advance key
2. Save state and reload without unpausing or frame advancing
3. After reloading, frame advance again and do an input
And you can repeat this to avoid input latency entirely by repeating steps 1 and 2.
