[Doom 2] Jenesis Map 12: Highway of Destruction (UV-Max 10:39) with a little surprise at the end...
EDIT: I uploaded a much faster run (6:58) here:

Check out the death scenes and stats towards the end. It took some time to make them so I hope you enjoy it!
Now on to the run itself: It was a fun challenge, but getting the fourth and last secret required a ridiculous amount of luck. I needed the archvile to follow me through a big bunch of monsters through a tunnel. While waiting for it I was in a very tight spot, with demons gnawing at me, missiles flying all around me and chaingunners trying to rip holes through me from afar. While dealing with that, I had to try and make sure my health stays high enough so that the archvile can make me jump with its attack on to a wall where there is a hidden button. Sometimes my health went down too low, sometimes the archvile died on the way, sometimes I missed the jump, and yep then I had to try that 7,5 minutes all over again. (Just in case you're wondering: Yes of course I practised that part with save games first, but it was very hard to figure out exactly what to do, and you still need a lot of luck.) You'll get some sense of the agony that I had to go through after the end of the run. ;)
The level is very simple, just follow the road to the end, while minding the (many) enemies on your way. There are no keys, and the only way out is through. It's a little different from your usual base/city/etc. like maps and it is completely linear. Would have been nice to have something like a car though, Half-Life style.
If you want to try it yourself: The difficulty is quite bearable, although you might struggle a little with the ammo towards the end if you fail to discover the secret containing the plasma gun. The unprepared Doomer will probably have an unpleasant surprise when encountering the second archvile, with open space all around and pretty much nowhere to run to. The best tactic is to shoot and hope that it interrupts the archvile attack (which often happens, but in this demo didn't) and then getting the incoming missiles from the arachnotrons and mancubii further down the road to hit it, diverting its attention so that you can either run through or deal with the problem in a more direct fashion.
Enemies from far away ledges (especially imps) may bother you somewhat but with a little maneuverability they should pose no major problem. I died quite a lot from mancubus attacks though so respect the fatsos and take them out quickly.
All in all, it's quite a fun and action-filled map, not so much fun if you're trying to get that last secret but boy was it a nice feeling to have finally managed to get it. ;)
I think my time is all right but it's probably quite possible to get close to or even under 10 minutes.
This demo was recorded using the PrBoom Plus port (v. 2.5.1.2), captured on video using Screenflick v. 2.2.21 and edited using iMovie '11 v. 9.0.4.
