Reminds of playing Z-Hunter for Doom3! A creepy experience where camera and controls are your enemies too. I like this kind of stuff.
Looks good, battles are well balanced. One criticism I have is that often the area you can actually walk in a room is smaller than it should be judging by how the room looks.
Also, there are two kinds of backgrounds: realtime and pre-rendered. Latter won't work in software mode. Not a big deal since we don't have to look up and down anyway. Speaking of that looking, it should be forcefully disabled in the mod, so that one can play and enjoy it instantly without troubleshooting and then realising that mouselook should be turned off.
Too bad it ends abruptly: you just enter a door, and there's nothing there at all. Demo end screen would be nice.
