Not my favourite map, the 2 hell knights right at the beginning are pretty annoying to get around quickly and the six doors you have to open later is also pretty annoying.
In the arch vile room you can press the 2 buttons without jumping in the pit which saves a bit of time. You should be able to make the final bit to the cyberdemon faster with a jump too but I didn't risk it.
