That little jump at the beginning skips the red keycard and saves a big chunk of time. It's a tricky jump and I make sure to kill the 2 imps because they blocked my jump down later on in the route every time I didn't.

Another big time save is to climb the wall that's lowering in the trap to escape quicker.
