Speedrun of Doom (Kex) - Legacy of Rust - E2M2 - Falsehood ITYTD difficulty, played on Xbox One.

I found this map very difficult to survive so I grab the secret megasphere to help out.

When getting the red keycard you only have to hit the button on the left but hitting them both makes it much easier.

I grab flamethrower just for the spiders towards the end but I know you can sometimes squeeze by them. There is a rocket jump to that center platform you can do to skip the spider section too. It's possible on ITYTD but if you fail it's run over so I didn't bother. It would save a good 20-30 seconds though.
