0Doom and Duke Nukem are the two unstoppable Shooters that made the 1990's so epic, The fact that people continue to make maps and mods for these legendary games is testament to the fact that..they actually are good and don't SUCK like modern shooters, Sadly it seems that bad mods are just as common as good mods today as they were back then..
https://www.moddb.com/mods/doom-vs-duke-nukem This mod was released in April 2020, It is a combination of Doom and Duke Nukem allowing you to play as either Duke or the Doomguy with their own weapon loadouts and special abilities, This mod made me physically ill because it reminded me of Risen 3D, A old port and mod that made Doom's 2D style graphics look like actual 3D (similar to Quake, another game I like).
But this..is where the "compliments" for this mod ends, What was the mod author thinking when they smashed this one together? The weapons damage output is terrible, The amount of ammo needed to take out enemies is unreal and I don't think this mod is worth even trying.. It took a concept that sounded good and make a mod thats utterly usless.
