Like a bat, out of hell.. thats how It feels when you play Doom and bring down those demons. I guess the same can be said of Painkiller which goes back to 2004 where we're in hell dealing with the horrors of Satan, I haven't played a game in that series since Painkiller Hell & Damnation but seeing this 2021 cacoaward winner under gameplay mod category. https://www.moddb.com/mods/painslayer

Released by People Can Fly studios, PainSlayer is a demake of the 2004 Painkiller game, Before a level starts we open a tarot card table and select cards that can give us better abilities though I couldn't figure out how to exactly to activate the gold card. Its Painkiller but working with the Doom engine along with all of the weapons you may or may not remember from said game, I don't call it really special but its a solid effort none the less though i'd expect a bit more features for a gameplay mod winner of a cacoaward.
