0https://www.doomworld.com/idgames/levels/doom/Ports/megawads/demise1 There's sometimes where I go to a file and I'm dividing on opinion, This particular file was going to be in Season 12 but I put it away as I wasn't interested in wads from 2016 at the time and this file has a single review on its Archive page which is 1 star.. That seemed like a warning.
Released by Nathan Pagliaro on October 5th 2016, This is a Episode 1 replacement which.. is rough, but it has a lot of action which I will give it that, interesting set up with static meshes and entities that make this look like a classic Episode 1 replacement with some hits of modern mapping. Granted I will agree the maps are very large and do lack a little detail in areas but I did enjoy Demise for giving me a dose of Episode 1 love.
[[Season 12 tbh was the one I feel that I didn't do that well on, It was a time that I was struggling with stress again, And DEMISE? I forgot about it while I was going over my list, so I chose Unholy Realms to open the season but going over this wad now has given me a appreciation for it.]]
