As I look at how 2024 is halfway gone almost, This series is about to enter Season #17 and the road never ends. This find was going to be in Season 9 but I decided it would work better to tackle the unique Remains, authored by Serious_MOod who's unique approach to map and style has caught my attention well in this second part of the special.
Released on April 23rd 2019, Remains is a Two level PWAD with map02 being the outro, A post apocalyptic feel through and through, Remains is.. breath taking and the custom content from helmet wearing zombies to the ambient sounds of water told me this is going to be unique. The sense of exploration in Remains is never sheltered and hair raising attacks abound, Truly one of the best wads I've gone over!
[[This is the final wad rejected from Season 11. Between this and Frog.Wad as the beginning episode, I found this one to be likeable but having just tried Frog.Wad I was more interested in that one. Though Remains is among the highlights of the 2019 releases.]]
