Y'know, there's been so many prison levels for FPS games that its not even funny, and rarely have I found any doom wads that use the prison format to be good, Though this is a effort here that I had cut from Season 11.
Released in 1999 by John Fussell with I.D. Archive having a link from May 2000, We're Doomguy in the Brig, supposedly at Alcatraz after assaulting our superior officer, but demons have attacked.. and its time to get out of here. For a 1999 wad, Escape From Alcatraz III is rough with a lot of open areas, sparce placement and some odd choices, the cyberdemon death at the end might be the worst and most embarrassing thing I've had in a PWAD yet on this series.
[[This is another reject from Season 11, It was during this time I wasn't really focused on single pwads but rather a mix of episode and mods, This one is certainly a effort at a prison level but its rough texturing made me grit my teeth a bit. Though I did enjoy it with gameplay mods post video]]
