Ever ask yourself what Doomguy was like BEFORE he was jacked-up for Doom Eternal? SO DID THE DEVS! I'm pumped to get to dive back into the Doom world, in Doom the Dark Ages - which is a prequel to everything we've experienced in the 2 previous installments. Sure - rip & tear & shred are obviously going to be his preferred method of mayhem, but HOW he's going to do that is what we're here for...lol. Not to mention - it's Doomguy with a cape and Captain America shield... what more reason do we need? ;-)
