DoomRL Tutorial #6: Hell's Armory [2/2]
4Two playthroughs of Hell's Armory in DoomRL, a special floor that's guaranteed on either floor 9 or 10, as long as you're not playing on ITYTD. It's a fun little map, filled with goodies and easy targets, but the true hoard is guarded by a pretty nasty beast.
This is the first of two parts, where I go at it on Ultra-violence. A couple of surprise attacks give me a boot to the head, but I pull it together and manage to beat up the big guy without taking damage. (Not enough for its head though.)
