DoomRL Tutorial #5: The Wall [2/2]
7A couple of quick and (mostly) painless runs through The Wall. Plenty of enemies, worthy rewards, but a very easy place to get yourself killed if you don't know what you're doing.
This is the first of two parts, where I play on Ultra-violence. Here we get to deal with a brand new enemy, the Arch-vile, which dominates the tactical considerations when compared to easier difficulties. (Seriously, they're monsters in a game already full of monsters.)
