- fixed pudge hook cancel module not working for kill steal hook
- slightly changed pudge combo to cast a faster ult

- removed a module that captures text input in order to tackle down the issue of FAIO combo not working mid game (I cant reproduce this behaviour, so lets do some trial and error here)
- added some debug info when stucks may happen within combo handler (plz look at the log when combo key stops working)

- added option to axe to cancel ult if e.g. target gets healed while casting ult
- added option to pango to control if swashbuckle will be used for killstealing
- added option leshrac to retoggle ult in combo for max dps
- leshrac now also activates ult even if combo target isnt in range or magic immune but other enemy heroes are around
- changed hoodwink combo to prio stun before boomerang; hoodwink will now cast decoy after ult to stay invis while channelling; added module to track acorn shot projectile to prevent a flying acorn shot projectile cancelling your decoy invis
- puck can now use a little more radius of his ult for best pos calc; fixed puck not always using stun rift when enemies are ulted
- fixed pudge interaction with tombstone zombies
- fixed veno ult usage from far away even with blink dagger
- fixed IO spirit aimbot
- fixed dodgeIT trying to counter gleipnir with e.g. lotus
- veil of discord is now casted on best pos rather then on hero
- added dagon and soulring to item quick panel

- fixed shadow fiend ult combo (timing, damage); ult combo can now again start with blink and hex
- storm spirit with agha will now check around main target to see if someone can be stunned even if main target is already disabled
- fixed troll warlord sometimes not casting ult
- fixed tusk kick only checking direction and not the range
- dodgeIT can now use one game tick more for its decision
- juggernaut blade fury and lifestealer rage will now also be casted against immunity piercing skills if the option for the override is selected (like bkb)
