Kind of cool race involving Monster Trucks! You can tackle one of three difficulties, each of which contain 2 events. The first is a race with other monster trucks (and you must finish in 3rd or better to advance), and the second involves trying to smash more objects than your opponent before the time runs out. If you complete all 6 events you are granted one last event in which you must destroy all the other monster trucks by bashing into them repeatedly! In between races you may be able to purchase nitro (gives you a boost of turbo speed), better tires or a better engine. Your winnings from whatever position you placed (granted it's in the top 3) are used towards these goodies. Races take place around canyons, muddy bogs, and icy roads and ANY time you slam into a rock wall or go off a cliff you will lose VERY precious seconds! Here, and whenever you start a race, it's good to go to low gear and then switch to high gear to start back up quicker. A good time to use the nitro is either when there's a straightaway or you''re going off a ramp. Fail to make even 3rd place and you must spend a credit to start the race over. One of the more resonating images I have of this game, unfortunately, is the creepy spazzed-out announcer you see at the beginning of each race! Chill dude!
