Fun combination of Puyo Puyo and avoidance, I haven't played a gravity puzzler before where I needed to pay attention to the field above the stack. Generally, your plan should be to 1 or 2-chain your way through the entire game, saving 2-chain setups to skip over hard patterns with the invincibility you get from making a chain. There's no overflow for the phase progress bar, and it goes up by a fixed amount for each match, so don't waste too many blocks filling it up extra. I wish there was some incentive to do higher chains but it seems pretty intentionally balanced around forcing you to do small chains and engage with each checkpoint individually.
