Played this recently with the Tinge of Terror free DLC, I quite liked the game and also felt they did a good job reworking bosses for NG+, most have unique attacks and some even have unique phases. Note that I'm not actually using the armor that makes you take increased damage, it's my cosmetic set, if I recall correctly I was just using the set where I gain more mass. Also clearly this isn't hitless or anything of the sort, just my first clears of each updated NG+ boss.

I left out all the side bosses that originally gave more Breath and now give Breathearts, as I didn't notice any difference whatsoever in their attack patterns and they were also very easy with a full kit (and armed with knowledge of all of their patterns from NG). I also couldn't tell a difference with Flowerheart, but it is a major boss so I gave it the benefit of the doubt and included it. I mostly just got hung up on Shapely Fidus and Dreamborn Terror, most of the other bosses were close enough to their NG counterparts to just keep moving through them with a few attempts apiece.
