1700:25 -- Freedom for Anders
Freedom for Anders is Anders' companion quest. It's started by speaking with Namaya in the North-East corner of Amaranthine with Anders in the party. She tells Anders that his phylactery can be found within the city.
2:17, the entrance to the warehouse is by the market stalls. Inside, you'll discover that the tip Namaya discovered was a trap setup by the Templars. To keep Anders as a party member, you'll have to fight off the Templars. Afterwards, he's your friend for life.
In the warehouse, you can find the Lorekeeper's Cowl, Boots, and Gloves, the Blood Promise robes, and a book about Lyrium (which is a companion gift for Justice).
5:10 -- Brewing Conspiracy
If you had the Dark Wolf track the conspirators against you, he'll discover that they're meeting at Old Stark Farm. Go there, kill the opposition, and loot Lady Liza Packton for some gold and rubies.
NOTE: If you want to advance Trade Must Flow and still need to recruit Lilith the merchant, you have a decent chance of triggering the random event in which you rescue her by traveling between Old Stark Farm and the Turnoble Estate.
