Dragon Age: Origins: throw every fantasy genre trope up on the holes in the wall and hope it sticks.

It does have choices. Whether those choices have merit are up to you. It's a shame the Landsmeet wasn't the political influence power-play it should've been.

Silent protagonists don't personally annoy me. It's just striking when the rest of the game is fully voiced and the protagonist isn't...except their combat? Inqusition does a good job at solving that problem, though that's a lot of work for multiple voice actors. Considering it's budget and production time of 7 years (2002-2009), though, it shouldn't have been a problem.

And the music. Generic epic orchestral. But there's that one or two pieces where you distinctly know that you're playing DA:O.

Still, Simon Templeman & Tim Curry. Can't go wrong. Now, if the Warden were voiced by Tim Curry...
