5Continuing on the journey to Dragon Age: Inquisition, we continue with Dragon Age: Origins – Awakening. A full on expansion to the Dragon Age universe that either continues the story of the Hero of Ferelden, or places you in the role of a new Warden Commander that arrived from Orlais. Regardless of how you begin, a new Darkspawn threat has surfaced in the form of two waring factions of intelligent Darkspawn that work without an Archedemon. I also play through the Golems of Amgarrak and Witch Hunt DLC, completing the story of Dragon Age: Origins.
I decided to continue the story of Aldaren Cousland, newly appointed Warden Commander of Vigil's Keep (and former home of Arl Rendon Howe). Unable to find Morrigan and his Old God Child, he received disturbing reports of Darkspawn attacks and headed to Amaranthine to investigate. Little did he know, he was involving himself in something far more sinister...
