This is a video for Dragon Power, the very first Dragon Ball game ever released outside of Japan. While the Japanese and European versions of the game relate to the anime and manga, references to either were cut out as much as possible in the U.S. release, which created strange editing, unintentionally funny dialogue, and one strange looking Goku. Generally, all the characters other than Goku have been renamed (EX: Bulma = Nora, Oolong = Pudgy, etc.) and the game is meant to resemble the classic tale of the "Journey to the West" rather than Dragon Ball.
