This is video #42 in my Dragon Warrior III playthrough. After a some more monster hunting around Samanao, the party heads to the Elf Village west of Noaniels (time index 0:20). With the Staff of Change, they can transform into dwarves or elves and make purchases from the shop in town. Unfortunately, the transformation is random, so multiple transformations may be necessary. When they finally get one of the valid forms (time index 1:12), they buy a couple of Wizard's Rings. They drop these off at the Vault in Aliahan.

The Kongs that appear around Samanao drop Acorns of Life (time index 3:24).

Soon, Alyssa reaches Level 27 (time index 4:30). In a few minutes, Heorot reaches Level 30 (time index 6:28).

Several minutes later, Jessica reaches Level 25 (time index 7:48) and learns the Wizard spell Day-Night, which can turn day to night and vice-versa. The Lamp of Darkness only goes one way. A few minutes later, Angelo reaches Level 30 (time index 9:14) and learns Healall. Yes!

A few minutes later, the party visits New Town (time index 10:14). It is now named Taloonville after the Merchant that the party dropped off here. It is a pretty hopping place now. There are people in town with clues about the Orbs, most of which the party has already.The item shop now has some pretty good armaments, such as Dragon Mail. The party picks one up for Alyssa. In Taloon's home/small palace, there are treasure chests containing 240 Gold and a Luck Seed.

In the southeast part of town, the theater is complete. They charge exorbitant exit fees, but since the party is friends with Taloon, they do not need to pay.

The old guy has some unfortunate news, though. Apparently, Taloon has been making people work too hard. Rebellion is in the works.

When the party leaves and returns to New Town Taloonville (time index 15:45), the rebellion has taken place. The people have taken back their town and thrown that slavedriver Taloon in jail. The theater is now a venue for kids' singing contests. In jail, Taloon advises the party to look behind the chair in his house. Searching behind Taloon's chair, the party finds a Yellow Orb! Orb number 5! Just one more to go! Unfortunately, it will be in a terrible place.

Back in Aliahan, the party drops off their new Orb.

After a little more monster hunting, the party returns to the Elf Village (time index 19:39), where they pick up a couple more Wizard's Rings. Back at home, they store these purchases in the Vault.
