This is video #01 in my Dragon Warrior playthrough. Welcome to my playthrough of the original console JRPG, Dragon Warrior! Strangely enough, I never played this game as a kid, though I'm certainly old enough to have done so. I have since come to appreciate it. Dragon Warrior, or Dragon Quest as it is known in Japan, has certainly led to a long and successful game franchise, especially in Japan. I really do not understand why the franchise has not been as successful here in the States.

I'm sure this game has been LP'd to death, but I don't really care. I'm going to forewarn you that I will be showing some grinding in this playthrough, but I will be posting time index links in the video descriptions.

This first video shows the Dragon Warrior title screen. Not at all complicated.
