If you have the 5 presets (dark,ice,all,light,evil) prepared properly for this fight, it's ok. Due to his extremely high bonus, most hits'll land so you'll need those. 1atk out of his 3atk rotation is an idle, so take advantage of this idle turn to use your offensive gear on him prior. His 2 most dangerous items are potion for the 16000hp heal and uragiri (effectively removes 88% of your HP, and require 409def to dodge), so u might wanna use your 2 stuns on them. Ninja's stun has a long CD though, so if he proceeds to use his 3 other weapons (~11T) then immediately go back to uragiri/potion, your stun wouldn't be ready. So there's RNG involved. Because of this i can't place the fight in mid-diff.
