"After this challenge, you will make the perfect Dutchman."
First deposit earth around the rim to separate the ocean and the water in the basin. Then use "engulf all" to absorb all the water. As there becomes less and less water try calling a villager to retrieve the knowledge. If the wind shows his path will take him on the rim cancel the call and absorb more water. Once his path is a direct shot to the stone, finish absorbing any remaining water. Once the water is all gone absorb some earth and deposit it along the rim to prevent the ocean water from flowing over. Keep doing this until the villager is safe.
I got a new record with 01:44:05 which is my current personal best.
