Create some ruts in the earth to help guide the water while blocking up the opening. If any water makes it over your blockade you can create a hole in the back of the village to help drain it. There is a part on the left where you can absorb some earth to expose rock underneath. When the fire reaches that spot it will hit the rock and burn out. For the fire on the right you can simply pour earth on top of it to extinguish it.
I got a new record with 01:30:48 which is my current personal best.
