I have been trying to figure out how to get traffic and pedestrians in Multiplayer Split screen for a very long time. I finally (Somewhat) found a way to do this but it dons't work properly. The game devs seem to have completely voided traffic and pedestrians just by the game being in split screen amd not on specific maps such as the small multiplayer maps.
