Did some touch ups to the super handling, and re-named it "Drag Handling", although the torque curve and gear ratios still need to be manually readjusted. Here's examples of it with all 72 exotic vehicles (not including CTS-V and XLR-V, those can be found roaming city traffic at certain chapters).

First download this mod menu, follow installation instructions, and check game directory folder - Common - UserLuaScripts:

in "mo_mods.lua", from lines 1285 to 1299, replace what's there with:
