0"Is this...The Worst Duke Nukem 3D mod ever?", No not by an longshot but sadly it shows exactly just how some mods that have unique stories can end up being very bad.
Dukeland was released in August 1997, Its story follows Duke Nukem having to go to Disneyland when the Alien bastards take over, And now its up to him to liberate the said park.
What is wrong with Dukeland? The mod has terrible issues with glitching, and hall of mirrors, Playing on Eduke32 I saw a lot of this and most of the levels follow the same problem, It also does not work unless you run each map as an Usermap, Ammo is very scarce and mostly there are very little details in the mapping to make this TC worth playing...
