This is a User Map titled Military Madness, and it was designed by Alejandro Glavic.

Military Madness is a hi-tech map, where Duke is to sabotage some military operations. It is a fairly small and cramped map, but it has some pretty awesome effects, such as fueling a missile.

Fortunately we get some explosives this time, and it really spices up the gameplay from Alejandro's maps that don't have explosives. Thanks to that, Military Madness remains on the fun side of things, unlike The Lost Moonbase.
