This is Duke Nukem Total Meltdown TC E3L8: Hotel Hell - done with all kills and secrets on CGS.

Hotel Hell is the eighth level of Shrapnel City. It is a 2-story hotel with plenty of enemies and 3 Mini-Battlelords. On PC you would have 4, but for some reason one of them was removed from the reception.
