This is Duke Nukem Total Meltdown TC E3L6: Rabid Transit - done with all kills and secrets on CGS.

Rabid Transit is the sixth level of Shrapnel City, and it does have a subway, as the name of the map suggests. This smallish map is the most difficult of the maps up to this point. 3X Mini-Battlelords make it pretty difficult, two of them are placed at the Red key, which can be lethal if not handled properly. One last Mini-Battlelord is in the last room, getting killed by him is possible if you don't know his location.

Those subways can turn you into a pancake as well so stay out of their way as you look for secrets around the subway tracks.
