This is Duke Nukem Total Meltdown TC E4L2: Trackside Tragedy - done with all kills and secrets on CGS.
Trackside Tragedy is the second level of Plug and Pray and it is a racing influenced level. The difficulty of this map is a lot lower than it was with Nightmare Zone. Trackside Tragedy is also pretty lenghty map, but should be considered an easy map as a whole, even there is a Mini-Battlelord found from here. We also get Assault Generals, new Assault Trooper variants, having the hit points of a Pig Cop. Also, we get to see underwater Sentry Drones, I don't know what they're called, but they appear only on this map.
We do also get various Wipeout (Ps1 racing game) references here. Trackside Tragedy isn't a pretty map necessarily, but it is the unusual theme and those references that carry this map.
