This is Duke Nukem Total Meltdown TC E3L3: Flood Zone - done with all kills and secrets on CGS.

Flood Zone is the third level of Shrapnel City and it is one of the most water-influenced maps of the game. Thanks to bad coding of Mini-Battlelords, there is a way to almost ignore them completely here, because once they come in contact with an underwater sector, they disappear. I did use this to my advantage xD.

Flood Zone doesn't really have any differences when compared to it's PC counterpart. Duke has a few new one-liners here however.
