This is Duke Nukem Total Meltdown TC E4L5: Alien Rendezvous - done with all kills and secrets on CGS. IN THIS CASE, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GET ALL KILLS WHEN YOU TAKE THE SECRET NUKEBUTTON DUE TO BAD MAPPING.
Alien Rendezvous is the fifth level of Plug and Pray and it is very well known for its 8 Mini-Battlelords on Skill 3, which is the highest count of such enemies in any of Duke Nukem 3d official maps. Framerate issues were present in the original game, making the final encounter almost unplayable.
Design remains below average when compared to most Duke 3d maps, and this map has no distinct feeling in it. No new enemies, textures or references. I do like this map a bit due to its difficulty, but I can understand why someone else might not.
This map also has the secret Nukebutton, taking you to Faces of Death. It is basically a trap so enter the room only when you're absolutely certain you want to enter that partucular map.
