This is Uac_fail: PlayStation-Edition MAP39: Strike.

Strike would be the ninth level of DOOM 2 Campaign. Strike is a fairly short PSX FINAL DOOM MAP01-Inspired map. Strike packs some difficulty, despite of its seemingly small size. It is good that you can generate some extra difficulty monster placement.

Strike was created from scratch few months ago, but I realized that it was one of the few levels I haven't shown.
