He he, ok, so maybe these comparison videos I do aren't the most scientific or in-depth, and I only really do them with games I like in the first place, but hopefully they'll encourage you to check out a game that you may have passed over and missed out on.
Dune Awakening & DayZ are both survival games, where things like inventory size & weight, hydrations, health, food, resources and item wear, mean that you can't just play like an "ordinary" game, there's a lot of "busy work" to keep you occupied.
The thing is, that "busy work" in DayZ & Dune Awakening is done very well & is a lot of fun. I would say however that those coming from DayZ to Dune are going to have a much easier timer of it than those going in the opposite direction, and DayZ has a very, very steep learning curve and no real in-game tutorial to show you how to play the game.
For me though, if you like DayZ, or Dune Awakening, you'll definitely like the other and should buy & play them!
