Dungeonland is a cooperative action game where players take control of a group of adventurers in their visit to a crazy and dangerous medieval theme park. Playing as the Rogue, the Warrior, or the Mage, heroes will adventure in a classic co-op dungeon crawl, with a sinister twist: three players can play as the daring heroes, while a fourth takes on the role of Dungeonland's Game Master, using a pool of traps and monsters to annihilate their unwelcome guests! Featuring hero customization, looting and dozens of items, Dungeonland is an amoral, atypical take on asymmetric gameplay.

In Dungeonland, three players must work as a team to survive their visit to an adventurers' theme park, where the horrible monsters on duty will challenge their skills in combat. The fourth player, however, will work against them as the park's fiendish Dungeon-Master, preparing a wealth of traps, tricks, and completely uncalled-for insults to thwart their progress. As demonstrated in the developer diary, the Dungeon-Master's arsenal is vast, and improves every time the player exposes his "friends" to peril. There is also an "evil laugh" button, because why wouldn't there be an "evil laugh" button.
