DVD Still Matters 25 Years Later
64DVD as a video format turned 25 this year. Amazingly DVDs are still being made and still widely sold. Despite the rise in streaming services over the last 10 or more years, DVDs still maintain relevancy.
As an alternative to streaming services DVDs, be them rented from a library or purchased, can be a more cost-effective way to obtain the media you desire at a fair price.
While disc rot will jeopardize the long-term reliability of the medium, there are still plenty of ways to backup those discs that you cherish.
