Dying Light 2: Stay Human is a 2022 action role-playing game developed and published by Techland. The sequel to Dying Light, the game was released on February 4, 2022 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. A Nintendo Switch version for the cloud is in development.
To get to the Water Tower, track the mission from the Journal Menu and follow the yellow marker. Once there, you can enter the tower through the main entrance, but you'll have to lockpick the door first. There are some infected in the area, so you might want to deal with them first before attempting to open the door.
